Our Process
how we make 3D printed trophies
Concept Stage
We first understand your entire objective and procure your logo , sketch and other graphics which help us build the trophy
Design stage
We then design a 3D model of the trophy and show you the expected output. Time required 3-5 days
Prototype stage
We then use a combination of 3D printing and other technologies to fabricate the trophy prototype
Manufacturing
For more than 10+ trophies we use manufacturing process like casting to reduce cost and lead time
Our Customized trophies are made from a combination of Resin for the structure and wood for the base
Painting
Using high pressure spray paint we can give any color to your trophy
Metal plating
We can give brass and chrome like metallic coating on top of your trophies to make it look like metal
