Concept Stage
We first understand your entire objective and procure your logo , sketch and other graphics which help us build the trophy
Design stage
We then design a 3D model of the Medal and show you the expected output. Time required 2 days
Prototype stage
We then use a combination of 3D printing and other technologies to fabricate the Medal prototype
Manufacturing
For more than 10+ Medals we use manufacturing process like casting to reduce cost and lead time
Our Customized Medals are made from Resin
Painting
Using high pressure spray paint we can give any color to your Medal
Metal plating
We can give brass and chrome like metallic coating on top of your Medals to make it look like metal
